Shipping policy
Products are hand crafted and poured by our family to yours. We do our best to pack and process your product(s) within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. Keep in mind this is only the days it will take for your order to be processed, the time it takes to deliver your item(s) is separate from the time it takes to process. You will receive another notification when your order has completed and shipped.
Holidays: the processing times can take from 2 to 3 business days due to high volume of orders. Please be patient as we are a small family owned business and we are doing our best to fulfill your purchase in a timely manner. Postal Service/Delivery delays: They are completely out of our control. From the moment we drop your package off at the post office/third party delivery method of choosing we have no control over what happens then. Keep an eye out on your package through the provided tracking number (if selected) to stay up to date on any new information or delays. We also keep a close look at the tracking information and do our best to update y’all on anything we might see.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $4.25 shipping to the United States on qualifying orders. Time of delivery varies depending on what shipping option you choose at checkout. See table below for an idea on shipping cost and delivery times.

Local delivery
Local delivery is available for those in our area. Orders over $35 or more there will be a charge of $3 & For all orders under $35 we charge $2 for local delivery. To qualify for Local Delivery the address has to be within a 40 mile radius from Suwanee, Ga.
Deliveries are made from 5:30 p.m to 7:30 p.m Monday-Friday and Saturday-Sunday from 9:30 a.m to 2 p.m. We will contact you via text message or email with the information you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
